Jewish Federation’s Women’s Philanthropy engages women at every stage of life and career in the fulfilling work of Tikkun Olam (repairing the world) to make the world a better place. WHY A WOMAN’S GIFT?

GIVING SOCIETIES
LION OF JUDAH
The Lions is an international organization of more than 17,500 inspiring women setting an exemplary standard of leadership and giving. Each Lion makes an annual minimum gift of $5,000. There are special, exclusive programs for Lions throughout the year, such as Lion of Judah Luncheon and International Lion of Judah Conference. Many Lions wear a beautiful pin to events and programs to share their pride of being a part of this special group.
POMEGRANATE SOCIETY
The pomegranate, a symbol of bounty and strength, contains 613 seeds, representing each mitzvah in the Torah. The Pomegranate Society honors women who make a gift of $1,800 or more. Members are welcomed to purchase a silver pomegranate pin representing the power Jewish women hold in our community. There are special programs and events for The Pomegranate Society.
