The Teaneck Mikvah seeks an Executive Administrator to oversee daily operations including building maintenance, bookkeeping, staffing and events. This full time role offers flexible scheduling and a competitive salary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage operations at Mikvah facilities including upkeep of the buildings and grounds and arrangement for all maintenance, repairs and improvements
Maintain all related contracts and insurances
Bookkeeping and database management, including payroll, banking, accounts receivable and payables and reconciliations
Supervision and scheduling of Mikvah staff
Manage all Mikvah events, fundraising campaigns and staff training
Collaborate with the Executive Board and volunteers on daily operations, upkeep and improvements, staffing, and fundraising efforts, attend Board meetings
General administrative work including inventory and supply management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Understand and appreciate Mikvah and related spiritual practices
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge and experience in supervision of staff and familiarity with personnel management
Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Quickbooks
Experience with email marketing, web-based technology and basic website maintenance
Excellent oral, written and communication skills
