Inbound Client Enrollment Specialist (Daytime Hours)

Position Overview:
We are a professional insurance agency seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Client Enrollment Specialist to assist clients through inbound calls only. This is a structured, process-driven role designed for individuals seeking stability, consistency, and long-term employment—not high-pressure or aggressive sales.

Schedule & Work Environment:
– Monday–Thursday: Daytime hours
– Friday early dismissal available
– No evenings. No weekends.
– Professional, respectful office environment

This role begins with structured onboarding and may transition to hybrid or remote work after successful training and demonstrated performance.

Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound client calls only
– Clearly explain plan options using provided scripts
– Assist clients through the enrollment process
– Accurately document all client interactions
– Follow compliance and quality guidelines
– Maintain a calm, professional communication style
